We were delighted to host delegates from Western University, led by President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Alan Shepard. The visit served as a platform for researchers from Canada and Hong Kong to exchange insights on real-world medical applications and challenges.

Prof. Allen Chan, Centre Co-Director, provided an overview of the Centre's research on non-invasive diagnostics through plasma DNA analysis. He shared success stories in translating molecular research into clinical applications in prenatal and cancer diagnostics. Additionally, Prof. Chan guided the delegates through our laboratory, demonstrating our state-of-the-art equipment. This visit will encourage further communication and explore collaboration opportunities among the group.
