Organised by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), InnoCarnival 2024 took place successfully from 26 October to 3 November at the Hong Kong Science Park.  Themed "Let's Sail with Innovation and Technology", the carnival features a number of exhibits of local innovation and technology achievements.  As one of the participating organisations, Novostics presented our non-invasive DNA testing technologies at the exhibition area, illustrating how the world's first non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) has transformed the standard of care for screening Down syndrome, and how multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests were developed riding on the success of NIPT.  Additionally, visitors were able to explore the groundbreaking NIPT and other cutting-edge technologies on a thrilling VR roller coaster ride.  The InnoCarnival was a valuable opportunity to promote scientific literacy among the public and inspire people's interest in I&T.
