We were delighted to welcome the delegates from the Department of Health Science, Technology and Education, National Health Commission during their visit to Science Park to explore Hong Kong's advancements in biotechnology.  Prof. Philip Chiu, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at CUHK, introduced the faculty and its research initiatives to commence the sharing session.  Following the Dean’s presentation, Prof. Dennis Lo and Prof. Allen Chan gave an overview of our Centre's background, highlighting our latest prenatal diagnostics and cancer screening technologies.  The visit, hosted by the Faculty of Medicine at CUHK, offered a valuable opportunity for the delegates to interact with our research team and discuss research and development strategies in both Mainland China and Hong Kong.  It was a significant occasion for scientists from different regions to exchange experiences in health science advancements.
