We are proud to announce that Prof. Allen Chan, our Deputy Scientific Director, has been endowed with the "Tony Mok Shu Kam Professorship in Medicine", one of the highest honours bestowed by CUHK, in recognition of his outstanding achievements in medical innovation and translational research, particularly in developing a new class of prenatal and cancer diagnostic markers based on DNA methylation, which have made significant breakthroughs and contributions to the medical field.  Prof. Chan delivered a speech on “From innovation to start-up companies: An adventure of a clinician-scientist” at the inaugural lecture.
